M-5 Inc, is a small group home agency in Chester County that provides care for twelve intellectually disabled adults, we have been providing care since 1972. These adults live in 4 different houses, and during most awake hours there is a 2:3 ratio of staff to residents.  During the day most of the residents attend a ‘day program’.  The few residents that stay home during the day have more serious health issues, or are simply retired.
